Shipping and Delivery

Can I stack a discount code with a free shipping offer?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow stacking of our promotions or discounts, as free shipping is considered a promotional offer. While we would love to offer both, it simply isn’t feasible for us at this time.

We recommend selecting the offer that provides you with the best value. If free shipping is available, it might be beneficial to take advantage of that and save your discount code for your next order.

What's the delivery timeline for standard shipping?

Gifts ordered with Standard Shipping are delivered within 3-8 business days of ordering. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but it does make us upset to hear they are not received on time and we do our best to prevent delays.

My box is a gift - I don't want a receipt or any prices included.

We understand that many of our boxes are intended as gifts, so we never include receipts or packing slips inside them.

Can I change the shipping address if my order has already shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once an order has been shipped. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please double-check your order confirmation email after placing your order, as we are more than happy to assist with any address changes before the item ships. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to help@givesunshine.com.

It says the delivery of my Give Sunshine Box was unsuccessful, now what?

Please carefully review the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. While we’re here to help locate your package, our ability to assist is limited. If the delivery issue is due to an incorrectly entered address. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a replacement or refund in such cases. However, if your package is returned to our warehouse, we would be happy to reship it for a 25% reship fee and also charge a re-shipping costs.

My order says it was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

We recommend that your recipient check their front yard, backyard, lobby, and surrounding areas to see if the package may have been misplaced or picked up by someone else. It’s quite common for packages to be hiding nearby, so don’t lose hope!

Since the tracking indicates that your order was delivered but your recipient is unable to find it. Please understand that this situation is often beyond our control and could be due to various reasons, such as theft or misplacement.

At this time, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages. We recommend filing a claim with the carrier, and we would be happy to assist with that on our end as well.

My order is delayed!

We apologize for the delay with your package! Our team is working diligently to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, some delays are beyond our control. If your order hasn’t been delivered after eight business days, please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll gladly investigate the situation for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to APO and FPO military addresses and all U.S. territories. Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the US at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return/exchange policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our gift boxes, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We truly believe that your recipient will be delighted with their gift! However, if an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please reach out to us at help@givesunshine.com with photos, and one of our customer care representatives will assist you promptly.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

No, unfortunately, we do not accept order cancellations.

Do you have any boxes for guys?

Yes! We've got some amazing male-oriented gift boxes. Got to the search on the top left of the site and type in “guys” and it will show “guy boxes”. Click on that and it will take you to the right section. 

I am interested in customizing boxes for my company, help!

Can I purchase a gift card?

Absolutely! We offer virtual gift cards for purchase. To get one, simply type “gift card” in the search bar located at the top left of our website. Choose the desired amount, complete the checkout process, and the gift card will be emailed directly to the email address you provide. You can then print it or forward it as needed.

Do you ship items that melt during warm weather months?

We take care to reduce the number of products on our site that may melt during warmer months, but items such as chocolate and candles are still available. If you decide to include these items in your gift boxes, please do so with the understanding that it’s at your own risk. Unfortunately, Give Sunshine cannot ensure the quality of these products upon delivery, and we cannot offer refunds for any melting that might happen.

I have multiple discount codes, why aren't they working?

Unfortunately, you can only use one discount code per order. Our promotions, including free shipping for orders over $80, cannot be combined.
